We are back from our annual hiatus!   We are also celebrating this month our 5th anniversary.  Where did the time go? It has been five years already and what a pleasure!

We hope you had a pleasant new year and are wishing you the best for the year ahead.

It has been a challenging couple of years, to say the least.   This pandemic has stretched us in ways we could never have imagined, not just physically, but mentally too.   My hope for all is that we keep moving forward with hope and faith for a better day; that we try our best to pull moments of joy out of even the hardest days and that we share and spread love as much as we can.  A lot of people are hurting. A lot of folks are worn down.

The upside: when we come out of this, we will be more resilient than ever before; in fact, we will be the very picture of resilience.

So hang in and keep reading and sharing our articles as you please with others. We intend to keep writing though on a slightly different schedule (2 x a month as opposed to weekly.)  We still welcome your comments and questions so keep those coming.

Otherwise, today, we are happy to repost some previous articles on MLK.  His words are so timely for everything we are facing today. He was a prophet who could both read the present as well as the future yet as often with prophets, the people do not always listen.

Perhaps in the stillness that this pandemic has imposed on all of us, we can listen now.
