Events of the past week reminded me of this short story I wrote years ago.  It was originally part of  an unpublished collection called Beyond Boundaries based on my travels around the world. This is the only one of the collection that was published in a German publication,  The Sea is History, edited Nicole Waller and Carmen Bickle.  At some point, I have to publish the rest of these stories.  For now, I share with you, “Learning the Ways.”

Please download it here: file:///C:/Users/owner/Desktop/FULL/Learning%20the%20ways.pdf

Let me know what you think below and can you guess why I was reminded of the themes of this story this week?

I will let you know next week at which time, for our 3rd anniversary, we will also be publishing a special series of articles with an intergenerational cast of writers.
